Requirements

The Sales Coordinator should possess at least one year of experience in coordination, support commercial, operations, or enablement, preferably in a SaaS, tech, or rapidly growing environment. They must have impeccable French and English skills, both written and spoken, and be organized, reactive, and capable of collaborating, anticipating needs, and working quickly with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Coordinator, the candidate will facilitate the daily operations of the Account Management team, supporting each member in focusing on their core responsibilities. They will improve key processes related to customer data management, deal tracking, and internal communication, acting as a liaison between Customer Success, Support, Billing, and Product teams to ensure alignment. The role involves participating in campaigns, supporting onboarding processes, optimizing the customer experience, contributing to various projects, and proactively addressing friction points by improving existing processes or creating new ones.
