Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, along with strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external meetings, demonstrated ability to influence without authority, time management and prioritization skills, persistence, the ability to organize and prioritize tasks independently within a team setting, and excellent technical knowledge of computers and relevant software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Prior sales support experience and healthcare experience are preferred, as well as proficiency in Salesforce.
The Operations Coordinator will complete necessary tasks to process orders from provider sales for new and returning clients, including internal follow-up to ensure data appears in downstream reporting, prepare tasks in preparation for new practice onboarding, efficiently provide status updates on open onboarding accounts to Clinical Operations leadership, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to complete the onboarding process, monitor and respond to JIRA requests and resolve provider onboarding queries within 24 hours, resolve assigned support requests within 72 hours, prepare and lead external implementation meetings, provide support of ongoing implementation by leading external touchpoint calls, document all communications with providers and practices in Salesforce, serve as an internal subject matter expert to facilitate timely resolution of site setup issues, and support Clinical Operations in the execution of various key organizational objectives and projects.
