Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a strong sales acumen and demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and realtors. Previous sales experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling and closing PulteGroup products, generating leads, conducting interviews with prospects, making presentations, explaining financial details, assisting with paperwork, and keeping homebuyers updated on construction progress. They will also monitor Customer Quality Experience (CQE) goals, manage the backlog, conduct competitive shops, audit community materials, and coordinate repairs and maintenance. Finally, the Sales Consultant will actively manage relationships with Pulte Mortgage and outside lenders.
