Candidates should possess 20+ years of experience managing sales teams and coaching individuals, with a director, vice president, or similar senior sales leadership role. Coaching certification is a plus, but not required. Applicants should demonstrate self-awareness, a high emotional IQ, and a commitment to creating a safe space for vulnerability, alongside a growth mindset and comfort with a constantly-changing startup environment.
As a Mento coach, you will form 1:1 partnerships with members to help them identify and track clear goals, become a better leader, communicate more effectively, problem solve issues at work, and feel happy, fulfilled, and engaged at work and beyond. You will provide 1:1 coaching sessions through the Mento Platform and Tools, participate in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities, communicate with members via email or chat, and serve as an integral member of the coaching community by sharing tools and insights. Additionally, you will act with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community.
