Strong skills within the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) are required, with Salesforce knowledge being a plus. A High School diploma or equivalent experience is mandatory, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The role requires the ability to travel 75% of the time, potentially including weekends.
The Sales Associate will support territory sales activities to drive overall revenue for the region, focusing on specific product lines. Responsibilities include providing product in-service training for the Patient Support Systems portfolio in a hospital setting to support product optimization, ensuring educational programs meet corporate and customer goals, and acting as a liaison between the team and customers. The associate will work directly alongside the sales team and customers, communicate with internal team members, and ensure customer satisfaction. They will participate in delivery/implementation planning activities, use Salesforce to drive new sales opportunities and maintain existing business, meet sales quotas, conduct negotiations, finalize sales, and lead all aspects of new product installations post-delivery.
