Requirements

Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers with product information, location, pricing, and availability, processing sales transactions and returns, and maintaining a clean store environment. They proactively seek out customers to determine their needs and sell items, stay informed through training, work as part of a team to achieve sales goals, demonstrate products, process transactions accurately, ensure pricing integrity, and follow all Sur La Table policies and standard operating procedures. They also share product assortment and services, protect customers and assets, and fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
