Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum BSc degree in Microbiology or another Life Science field, or equivalent experience. A proven sales track record in a similar industry is a plus, but not a requirement. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility in a changing business environment, excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in both Danish and English, and a full clean driving license valid in Denmark are essential. The role requires the ability to interact effectively with partners at all levels and function exceptionally within a high-performance team.

Responsibilities

The Sales Account Manager will develop and execute a territory plan to meet and exceed sales targets for groundbreaking Microbiology products in Denmark. Responsibilities include participating in training and marketing campaigns, representing the company at trade shows, analyzing territory opportunities using data, and communicating competitor activities and market trends. The role also involves coordinating and preparing quotations/bids, maintaining customer databases using Sales Force CRM, and accurately forecasting revenues. The position requires approximately 3-4 days per week of customer-facing activities, with remote work from home when not traveling.
