Requirements

  • 5-10 years of sales experience in the hospital/operating theater sector, ideally at a medical device company
  • Experience in the GCC region (must have); experience in other regions is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead Incision’s sales efforts and ‘go-to-market’ strategy in the assigned territory
  • Set, own, and deliver sales targets by achieving volume and velocity goals
  • Contribute to and develop expansion plans for existing customers
  • Prospect for new business opportunities using a digitized funnel process
  • Develop and close contracts with hospitals and nursing colleges in the GCC region
  • Collaborate effectively with a growing international commercial team, including Marketing, Product, Medical, Customer Success, Sales, and Customer Support
