Candidates should possess a strong sense of leadership across a multicultural organization, a strong technical aptitude, be wholly data driven and analytical in approach, and have natural sales management instincts. They should also have significant understanding of leading an international progressive Sales Development function.
As the RVP, Sales Development, you will lead an international sales development organization of 30+ team members, coaching and leading a strong leadership team of 4+, through change and evolution. You will collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on pipeline development strategies and execution of ABM strategies across the regions, adopting a data-driven approach to increase ROI and ensure continuous development. Additionally, you will develop career pathing strategies and partner with the SVP of Sales, International and key leadership in Product and Marketing to lead the EMEA and APJ regions, focusing on top-of-funnel strategies and making a significant impact on the business's success.
