As an RVP, Enterprise Sales (Central), you will be responsible for owning and executing Freshworks’ enterprise sales strategy in the Central U.S., driving new business acquisition and expansion within accounts of 1,000+ employees. You will coach and lead a team of Account Executives, teaching and applying MEDDIC methodology, overseeing high-value deals, maintaining operational discipline, driving team development, and fostering cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product, and Customer Success teams.
