Graduation or Post Graduation in sciences, preferably with a Master’s degree in Business Administration
Broad-based knowledge and experience in sales function
10-12 years of sales experience, preferably 4-5 years of people manager experience, preferably in healthcare industry
Prior experience or exposure to S&IP products
Knowledge of customers, markets, and competitors
Demonstrated examples of integrity, initiative, organizational sensitivity, and collaboration
Responsibilities
Lead the development of business plans and execution of sales strategy for the assigned geography to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals
Ensure compliant growth through governance, sales administration, engagement, and capability development via coaching and mentoring of the team
Conduct quarterly sales reviews with team and manager, adjusting strategies in accordance with Country requirements
Review SFDC opportunities funnel with each team member
Regularly travel with each team member to ensure strategies are fully implemented
Ensure effective territory management and account targeting in each territory
