Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leading Business process automation/Software Teams, ideally in a Global Business Services context

Responsibilities

  • Manage GBS automation roadmap, projects, and governance
  • Lead specialists and oversee digitalization plans
  • Support delivery framework development and mentor team
  • Design technical documents and ensure quality implementation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and identify cross-process synergies
  • Review the overall Excellence Automation spectrum
  • Oversee development of Automation / Robotic Process Automation (RPA) framework and methodologies
  • Define solution standards, documentation, policies, approval flows controls and technology
  • Focus on Automation agenda within GBS scope
  • Set up of automation factory, including selection of appropriate technology supporting solution development
  • Identification, evaluation and final qualification / recommendation of the solution initiatives
  • Development of Automation/Digitalisation roadmap
  • Obtain minimum 30% of productivity savings through Automation (for GBS scope)
  • Operational management of virtual workforce / monitoring of its effectiveness and efficiency
  • Constant market benchmark and application of solutions advanced capabilities, tools and technology
  • Cooperation with Group IT, especially in the area of technology selection, tools and infrastructure
  • Work closely with developers, testers, process architects and technical architects to ensure delivery within schedule and with quality
  • Familiar with solution designs to ensure consistency and continuity across multiple delivery teams
  • Final review on the technical design documents to ensure proper handover of the technical design to developers to code the automations as per design
  • Provide direction and leadership for the team members
  • Review recognized system deficiencies and approve the implementation of effective solutions
  • Ensure reusable components are designed & developed where applicable
  • Conduct performance evaluations and mentor team members
  • Continuously seek and evaluate new services and technologies
