Requirements

  • Experience as a product manager or product owner in a SAAS environment, with a focus on relevant areas

Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of customers: service providers consisting of home service businesses (such as plumbing companies, landscapers, electricians etc.) spread across industries, locations, and sizes
  • Define and build Jobber’s Automation Strategy that maps how automation will make a meaningful impact in the lives of customers and fits into the company’s broader product and business goals
  • Set the Automations roadmap and ruthlessly prioritize to bring the Automations Vision to life, balancing quick wins (templates, small feature upgrades) with long-term strategic bets
  • Leverage AI to create dynamic and personalized experiences for customers
  • Partner closely with other teams and departments across the company (e.g., Sales, Success, Product Marketing, other product teams, and more) to launch and scale new ideas
  • Define and monitor key product and success metrics across discovery, adoption, revenue, churn, and engagement to track the success of bets, stepping in when things are not tracking with business goals
  • Take product leadership of the Automations team, shape the vision and strategy for automations, considering how AI can play a role
  • Empower small businesses to get more done, better manage their clients, and get paid faster through automation solutions
