As a RIMS Consultant, you will support a group of customers, including pharmaceutical companies like Merck and Bayer, by understanding their business processes, providing guidance, discussing Veeva Vault changes, and applying necessary configurations. You will actively collaborate with other Veeva teams, shape ideas, enhance the delivery model, and communicate customer requirements to the product management team. Additionally, you will monitor and interpret changes in regulatory legislation and develop HR policies to ensure compliance.
