Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Regulatory Affairs, Information Technology, or a related discipline, and have experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills are required, along with fluency in English. Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and experience in the life sciences industry is highly valued, particularly if lacking direct IT experience, and a willingness to engage in comprehensive training and self-learning is essential.

Responsibilities

As a RIMS Consultant, you will support a group of customers, including pharmaceutical companies like Merck and Bayer, by understanding their business processes, providing guidance, discussing Veeva Vault changes, and applying necessary configurations. You will actively collaborate with other Veeva teams, shape ideas, enhance the delivery model, and communicate customer requirements to the product management team. Additionally, you will monitor and interpret changes in regulatory legislation and develop HR policies to ensure compliance.
