Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in Revenue Systems, Billing Infrastructure, Revenue Operations, or Order-to-Cash at high-growth or enterprise-scale companies. They should have proven success leading complex systems initiatives, from roadmap definition to execution, with deep cross-functional alignment. Strong technical and operational fluency across billing, CPQ, order management, and revenue recognition systems is required, along with exceptional communication skills and a track record of influencing decisions across Finance, Engineering, and Product stakeholders. A strong data-driven mindset, including experience with SQL, reconciliation processes, and financial system reliability, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Revenue Systems Lead will define and lead the strategic roadmap for Revenue Systems Infrastructure, focused on scalability, automation, compliance, and operational excellence. They will drive the evolution of our billing systems, including improving ingestion and rating capabilities, and enabling new product models. This role involves owning the intake, design, and implementation of monetization workflows – including usage-based billing and enterprise customizations. The Revenue Systems Lead will shape long-term systems architecture to support global expansion, new monetization strategies, and enhanced observability and control. They will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Finance, GTM Systems, and Product to deliver infrastructure that supports business growth and financial readiness.
