They should have proven success leading complex systems initiatives, from roadmap definition to execution, with deep cross-functional alignment. Strong technical and operational fluency across billing, CPQ, order management, and revenue recognition systems is required, along with exceptional communication skills and a track record of influencing decisions across Finance, Engineering, and Product stakeholders. A strong data-driven mindset, including experience with SQL, reconciliation processes, and financial system reliability, is also necessary.
