The Revenue Operations Specialist will provide sales operations support by monitoring and managing inbound support requests, serving as a central point of coordination for sales admin needs, and escalating issues as necessary. They will maintain Salesforce data integrity through hygiene practices and audits, own internal documentation updates related to sales processes, and build and maintain audit processes to ensure high compliance across sales workflows. This role will contribute to team efficiency, data accuracy, and ultimately, revenue performance.
