Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing/Sales Ops, or a similar role. Proficiency in revenue automation platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, and SalesNav, as well as CRM systems like HubSpot, is required. Strong project management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential qualifications. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel, Tableau, and Looker, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As the Revenue Operations Specialist, you will manage and optimize revenue automation platforms and integrations, design and implement lead scoring and nurturing programs, identify and implement process improvements, develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends and insights, provide data to support decision-making, collaborate with sales, customer success, and finance teams, and participate in regular revenue team meetings to provide updates and insights on marketing operations.
