They should also have 3+ years of experience as a CRM administrator, specifically with HubSpot, and 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a strong understanding of data-driven decision making is required.
The Revenue Operations Specialist will own the marketing operations function, encompassing technical implementation, KPI reporting, data insights, and operational efficiency. They will represent RevOps as a key stakeholder, collaborating with other departments to drive operational efficiency and ensure data exchange to support organizational needs. This role involves managing the CRM marketing database, maintaining data integrity, and implementing electronic communication strategies. The specialist will monitor and analyze performance metrics across the marketing funnel, implement the RevOps roadmap, and diagnose issues to project manage and ensure execution. They will also contribute to building end-to-end revenue sales, marketing, or customer success processes, and bring new products, features, and services to market with other stakeholders.
