Candidates must possess at least 5 years of relevant experience across Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and/or Finance, along with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 or equivalent CRM platforms and proficiency in Excel. They should also demonstrate strong analytical and data skills, the ability to surface actionable trends, and a strategic approach to problem-solving, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
As a Revenue Operations Business Partner, you will proactively integrate data insights to drive increased productivity and effectiveness of the sales and marketing teams, providing recommendations across all stages of the sales funnel. You will monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics, build strong working relationships across matrix teams, and manage multiple priorities while effectively performing under pressure, ultimately influencing others through clear communication and strategic execution.
