An interest in consumer finance, fintech, or the lease-to-own industry is highly desirable.
The Revenue Operations Associate will assist with day-to-day HubSpot CRM management, including updating records, maintaining pipelines, and ensuring data accuracy. They will support the creation and maintenance of properties, lists, workflows, pipelines, and dashboards, and monitor recurring reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and operations leadership. This role involves managing integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems, providing basic training and user support, and documenting processes. Responsibilities also include serving as the first point of contact for sales and account management teams in support channels, troubleshooting requests, and supporting new hire onboarding tasks. The associate will monitor and execute inbound lead routing, assist in tracking key revenue metrics, support revenue forecasting and pipeline management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additionally, they will provide administrative support for merchant onboarding, training, incentive programs, and process weekly/monthly spiffs via the Tremendous Platform.
