Requirements

Candidates should possess 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of revenue models, sales forecasting, and financial analysis. Experience with Salesforce and data analysis tools such as Excel is also required.

Responsibilities

The Revenue Operations Analyst will develop and manage financial models to forecast customer revenue and expansion opportunities, partner with GTM leadership to support strategic initiatives, facilitate cross-team collaboration through project management and process visualization, drive performance improvement by identifying and implementing process optimizations, and build dashboards and reports in Salesforce to provide visibility into revenue metrics and key performance indicators. They will also own and continuously optimize revenue-related systems, processes, and workflows, and timely process service desk tickets from the Customer Success and Account Management team.
