Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in revenue enablement, sales operations, or a similar role. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills are required, along with experience working with CRM systems and enablement platforms.
The Revenue Enablement Manager will partner with leadership to identify strategic areas for revenue growth and customer retention, coordinate with marketing to execute scalable programs, and build relationships with sales and CX teams. They will create frameworks for continuous learning, design and deliver onboarding programs, and manage the delivery of training content and materials to support the GTM organization. Additionally, the role involves optimizing the enablement platform, tracking enablement impact through KPIs, and continuously improving the delivery of the onboarding program to reduce time to productivity.
