Preferred qualifications include knowledge of dental terminology, coding, and products, as well as Medicare knowledge. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized training/professional qualification is preferred.
The Senior Product Manager will contribute to the Medicare Dental product portfolio by conducting market analysis and driving new product development. This role involves developing product requirements and roadmaps, incorporating customer feedback into product strategy, and planning the decommissioning of underperforming products. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing customer feedback, managing development projects within timelines and budgets, identifying technical risks, and collaborating cross-functionally to generate new product ideas. The individual will develop a long-term product vision and strategy, act as a subject matter expert, and provide guidance to junior team members. This role may also involve supporting sales teams, interpreting legislative and industry issues to recommend product enhancements, and potentially managing a team, including conducting performance reviews and implementing staff development programs.
