The Sales Floor Leader will consistently create a welcoming environment for customers by greeting, assisting, and selling, while promptly addressing customer inquiries and needs. They will provide strong leadership presence on the sales floor, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures. This role involves managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management, as well as achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability through effective selling and merchandising. The Sales Floor Leader will also partner with store support teams to increase sales, manage store expenses and budgets, utilize company tools to identify opportunities, monitor inventory levels, and support the training of store staff while ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
