Responsibilities

The Sales Floor Leader will consistently create a welcoming environment for customers by greeting, assisting, and selling, as well as promptly addressing customer inquiries and needs. They will provide strong leadership presence and control on the sales floor, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures. This role involves managing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management, while achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability through effective selling and merchandising techniques. Furthermore, the Sales Floor Leader will partner with store support teams to increase sales, manage store expenses and budgets, utilize company tools to identify opportunities, monitor inventory levels, support staff training, ensure accurate pricing and displays, receive vendor deliveries, and enforce all company policies and procedures.
