Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of their store department
Planning and organizing with the guidance of Assistant Store Manager; building plans to effectively execute projects and tasks while delegating based on priority level
Upholding and holding team accountable for company brand, merchandising, and presentation standards
Ensuring compliance to loss prevention standards and audit requirements
Supporting building and hiring a strong team as well as training associates on company procedures and programs; including new teammate training and cross-training current team
Performing other tasks as business needs arise to support the team and the store
Leading by example to ensure a great customer experience and helping teammates understand how their responsibilities play a key role in the organization
Clearly communicating, providing in-the-moment coaching, and building trust with teammates in the store
Creating an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates & athletes) feel welcome, safe, and is treated with respect
