Responsibilities

  • Greet everyone (teammates and customers) and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
  • Ensure all merchandise and product received at the store is processed according to established programs and procedures.
  • Maintain an organized backroom for easy merchandise accessibility in partnership with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead.
  • Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
  • Assist with truck unloading, freight processing, execution of transfers, RTVS, claims, and other freight-related tasks.
  • Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all Company information.
  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
  • Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience is preferred.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs. repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
  • Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
  • Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with the use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
