Requirements

Candidates should possess proficiency in overseeing the management and success of a large client portfolio, demonstrated expertise in retail media advertising, sponsored ads, and DSP platforms, experience working with Vendor & Seller Central, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), and 3rd party bid management platforms such as Skai or Pacvue, familiarity with demonstrating a structured way of working, the ability to cope with competing demands, experience managing media budgets over $1 million dollars while hitting/outperforming KPIs, full funnel media planning experience, and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are required.

Responsibilities

As a Retail Media Director, you will oversee a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth; build strong client relationships and understand their business goals; create and deliver large-scale, data-driven strategies for clients; project manage initiatives within the media plan; create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights; collaborate with Business Development to create innovative strategies for prospective clients; align with leaders across the business to create best practices, develop processes, and promote knowledge-sharing; mentor and educate junior staff to enhance platform expertise, client performance, and individual's ongoing personal development.
