Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years’ experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), CPG Retail, and/or market research industry, along with 2+ years of experience in directly managing, mentoring, and leading associates, and a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a related field such as Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Computer Science. Strong analytic aptitude and proficiency in base price optimization, promotional planning, promotional effectiveness, markdown optimization, assortment & space optimization, supply-chain, demand forecasting, geospatial analytics, A/B testing, planogram analytics, personalization and customer loyalty analytics are also required.

Responsibilities

As a Client Director, the candidate will lead a team to identify and craft business-issue solutions, deliver value to clients through NIQ’s merchandising analytics product solutions, present analyses to senior-level client contacts with actionable insights, proactively provide subject matter expertise on products and merchandising analytics, lead bespoke Data Science teams, maintain and build business relationships with key client contacts, collaborate with other NIQ Retail Analytics teams, manage renewal processes, upsell & cross-selling, and drive client outcomes while managing multiple priorities.
