Responsibilities

Lead the team in meeting and exceeding sales plans in partnership with the Store Manager
Drive high unit velocity and exceptional customer experience through sales floor presentation and service
Coach and mentor team in retail skill-sets to elevate store performance
Ensure impeccable merchandising, signage, pricing, and visual presentation
Act as a brand ambassador, educating customers on Skechers products
Lead people processes including recruiting, training, team development, and employee experience
Manage operational processes and routines to drive profitability, maintain a clean store, and enforce policies
Problem-solve, process shipments, replenish product, and inspire the team
Act like an owner to minimize risks and ensure store stability
