The Assistant Store Manager will mentor and coach employees to achieve sales management goals, deliver outstanding customer service, and foster a positive work environment; they will act as a brand ambassador by ensuring product displays and store layouts meet Skechers’ standards for style and innovation; they will monitor stock levels, manage restocking processes, and organize the sales floor to create a seamless shopping experience; they will oversee store systems, including scheduling and opening/closing procedures, and support peak store operations by occasionally lifting and moving boxes; they will drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding sales goals, proactively addressing operational challenges and resolving customer concerns to maintain satisfaction, and contribute to the store’s profitability and overall success.
