We are a company revolutionizing the coffee industry by creating a next-generation coffee blend enhanced with functional mushrooms, collagen protein, and nootropics. Our product aims to improve focus, energy, immunity, and gut health without the negative side effects of traditional coffee. Having already served over 300,000 customers, we are seeking a Retail Operations Manager to optimize supply chain and sales performance for our key retail partners. This role will drive demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management, ensuring optimal product availability and strong retailer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry experience is required.
  • Experience with Target is required.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborative Demand Planning:
    • Lead joint business planning with retail partners to align on demand, promotions, and seasonal strategies.
    • Ensure accurate and timely demand forecasts.
    • Monitor and adjust forecasts to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Inventory Management & Replenishment:
    • Optimize inventory levels across retail locations.
    • Use data insights to adjust inventory based on sales velocity and promotions.
    • Implement CPFR processes to improve order-to-delivery efficiency.
  • Store Operations & Execution:
    • Coordinate with service providers on in-store initiatives.
    • Address in-stock issues using real-time data.
    • Work with retail partners to optimize store-level performance.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting:
    • Analyze sales, inventory, and promotional data.
    • Present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
    • Develop strategic recommendations for growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Serve as the primary CPFR contact for retail partners.
    • Align with marketing on product launches and promotions.
    • Partner with the supply chain team on operational execution.
