The Opportunity

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will represent and sell the WillowTree and TELUS Digital Solutions portfolio: analytics, AI and automation (including GenAI), application services (development, integration, testing, maintenance), contact centers as a service, customer experience management technologies, hybrid cloud services, and digital workplace environments. You will be responsible for developing sales, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to business growth by identifying new business opportunities (enterprises generating >$100M in revenue), understanding prospective client needs, and proposing the most relevant offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target prospective clients aligned with our strategy through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities, including new and cross-sell, to achieve revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute account strategies for targeted clients.
  • Gain a deep understanding of prospective clients' businesses and propose solutions that meet their needs and timelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with multiple high-level stakeholders, including executive-level (C-level).
  • Effectively present and demonstrate solutions and value propositions to prospects, clients, and partners.
  • Articulate business benefits through impactful executive presentations.
  • Manage the entire RFP process, including price, contract, and terms negotiation.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by developing a strong pipeline and closing new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and operations to build and strengthen solid client relationships.
  • Stay informed about market trends and integrate these insights into sales strategy.
  • Provide reliable sales updates, reports, and forecasts to management, contributing to overall strategic direction.

Requirements

  • Current and significant experience in enterprise-level B2B digital solutions sales, with a track record of exceeding multi-million dollar quotas.
  • Proven experience selling technology and consulting services to large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
