Requirements

  • Ability to handle highly confidential HR information with discernment
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends in employee relations and recommend innovative, legal solutions
  • Experience in coaching, advising, and accompanying employees, managers, and leadership on complex issues
  • Knowledge of company policies and compliance with labor legislation
  • Project management skills for organizational changes and workforce reductions, including legal analysis, documentation, training, planning, and communications
  • Ability to develop policies, training, and communications related to disciplinary procedures or dismissals
  • Skills in animating social relations, coordinating staff representative bodies, and organizing meetings

Responsibilities

  • Establish strong, positive relationships with employees, managers, and staff representative bodies
  • Define a strategic, proactive approach to employee, manager, and social relations, identifying trends and needs, and recommending innovative, legal solutions in partnership with organizational leaders
  • Serve as the single point of contact for employee relations at Production sites in France and certain supply chain functions to ensure clear, effective communication and problem resolution
  • Collaborate closely with site management to manage employee relations, minimize risks, align work with business needs, and improve employee morale and culture
  • Advise, coach, and support leaders, managers, and employees on all social and individual relations issues, providing strategic partnership on performance management, disciplinary processes, restructurings, legal labor issues, investigations, and conflict management
  • Counsel and accompany employees, managers, and leadership in resolving issues in line with company policy and labor legislation, especially complex problems like disciplinary measures, legal questions, performance management, and policy implementation
  • Handle employee suggestions and/or complaints based on factual information
  • Manage organizational change and workforce reduction projects in partnership with organizational leaders, HRBPs, legal, and finance teams, including legal analysis, documentation for information/consultations, training, planning, dismissal notifications, and process communications
  • Participate in identifying employee relations trends, collaborate on solutions, and strengthen manager competencies
  • Animate social relations with HRBPs and organizational leaders
  • Coordinate and animate staff representative bodies, organize meetings with personnel representatives
