Requirements

  • Expertise in revenue operations (RevOps) to build and lead a high-performing team

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the RevOps team in the Clients business unit to establish a world-class revenue operations function
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with company OKRs to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews, providing comprehensive pipeline analysis and updates on EOM, EOQ, and EOY forecasts
  • Identify and establish new KPIs to monitor GTM team health and efficiency, adapting to business priorities
  • Organize bi-weekly deep-dive sessions on Account Executive (AE) and Account Management (AM) performance, including rep-level insights, trend analysis, risk/opportunity identification, and contributions to Weekly Business Reviews (WBR)
  • Lead monthly (MBR) and quarterly (QBR) business review sessions with GTM leaders to analyze key metrics, assess progress against goals, and align on actionable insights
  • Oversee monthly quota attainment and coverage analysis for sales and client teams, providing data-driven recommendations on quotas and Inside Sales (IC) coverage
