Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, Reseller enablement, or Reseller marketing, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS. Strong understanding of Reseller sales motions, especially working with VARs and reseller ecosystems is required, along with experience designing training content and delivering it in both live and asynchronous formats. Familiarity with tools such as LMS platforms, content libraries, and partner portals is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As our Reseller Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will be responsible to build and lead the external enablement strategy for our Value-Added Resellers (VARs). You will manage enablement team programs and initiatives that equip Reseller Sales Teams with the knowledge, tools, and training they need to confidently sell Huntress to their end users. This includes developing and managing a scalable partner enablement program, designing and delivering training content, creating partner-facing collateral, building repeatable onboarding experiences, maintaining a centralized library of enablement resources, and collaborating with Reseller Sales Managers to identify enablement gaps. You will also track usage and effectiveness of training and content, contribute to joint marketing initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for all things related to reseller enablement.
