Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in partner/channel operations, sales operations, or a related role. Proven experience working with channel partners or resellers, ideally in a SaaS, technology, or fast-paced B2B environment is required, alongside a strong understanding of sales processes, partner management systems, and CRM tools. Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and Partner Relationship Management (Allbound) tools is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Global Channel Operations & Enablement Lead will be responsible for architecting and executing scalable partner portal experiences, defining best practices and processes for partner onboarding and enablement, managing deal registration processes, equipping partners with the tools and training they need, leading go-to-market execution for marketplace listings, serving as a key liaison for cloud partner programs, acting as a strategic advisor to channel teams, driving alignment between direct and channel sales motions, developing reporting frameworks and dashboards to analyze KPIs, and using insights to drive programmatic improvements and resource allocation.
