Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of channel sales support or related experience, along with basic project management skills and content creation and training capabilities. Strong proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is required, alongside good technical skills, sales acumen, and an entrepreneurial drive. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and proficient computer skills, including Google Suite, are also necessary. A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is expected.

Responsibilities

The Global Partner Operations Specialist will create partner-oriented sales and marketing collateral, manage partner-focused events and campaigns, ensure compliance with company policies and partner agreements, identify and plan opportunities for partner training, maintain accurate reporting and data integrity in Salesforce, and streamline workflows. They will also triage partner requests, align with various teams, participate in strategic initiatives, manage partner portal access, and contribute to achieving revenue targets. Additionally, the role involves travel to customer meetings and operating a company vehicle.
