The Research & Analytics Manager will drive operational and technical R&D initiatives to improve alerts and data source coverage, and experiment with AI and machine learning models. Responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and using data for decision-making and strategic planning, conducting deep-dives into alerting and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities, and performing R&D data exploration of open-source data ingests. The role involves supporting and building proprietary algorithmic data streams, finding technical solutions to business challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Operational, AI, and Data teams.
