Job Description: Sales Representative - Guadalajara

This Sales Representative position is located in Guadalajara for the Established Pharmaceuticals Division. Our broad portfolio of differentiated, high-quality branded generic medicines spans multiple therapeutic areas, including gastroenterology, women's health, cardio-metabolics, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.

As a Sales Representative, you will generate demand by obtaining prescriptions and ensuring product availability at pharmacies for dispensing. You will provide excellent customer service to achieve your annual sales targets for assigned brands within your therapeutic area portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales quotas for promoted products and drive market share growth.
• Execute accurate targeting processes to ensure a physician database of the most productive doctors in your territory.
• Maintain the required visit frequency with physicians and pharmacies.
• Position products effectively in the minds of physicians and collaborate with pharmacists to ensure correct stock levels at the point of sale.
• Manage and control resources, particularly medical sample control.
• Engage in self-learning and training, including audits, sales skills, and medical topics related to assigned brands.
• Meet Medical Visit objectives (KPIs), ensuring total coverage of the physician database, 95% visit frequency, and appropriate customer valuation within the database, making sound decisions on adding or removing physicians.

You will report directly to the District Manager.

Requirements:

• University degree in Economic-Administrative Areas, Chemical-Biological Sciences, or Humanities.
• Intermediate English language proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with productivity indicators and territory planning.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including managing basic formularies, territory management, and pharmaceutical products.
• Availability to travel to surrounding areas.
