Principais Responsabilidades (Key Responsibilities)

• Conhecer e manter-se atualizado nos produtos promovidos, doenças e tratamentos da Diabetes (Know and stay updated on promoted products, diabetes diseases, and treatments).
• Manter-se atualizado em relação ao mercado farmacêutico e os concorrentes (Stay updated on the pharmaceutical market and competitors).
• Realizar análise territorial utilizando-se dos relatórios disponibilizados pela companhia (Conduct territorial analysis using company-provided reports).
• Gerenciar o cadastro médico baseado nas análises territoriais e conhecimento do campo (Manage medical registration based on territorial analysis and field knowledge).
• Visitar médicos para promover os produtos da linha, fornecer informações técnicas pertinentes e criar relacionamento, tornando-se referência ao médico para necessidades de informação em relação aos medicamentos promovidos (Visit physicians to promote product lines, provide pertinent technical information, and build relationships, becoming a reference for physicians regarding information needs for promoted medications).
• Implementação de eventos: contatar palestrantes, agendar local e data, convidar médicos e executar o evento localmente no formato presencial ou virtual (Event implementation: contact speakers, schedule location and date, invite physicians, and execute the event locally in person or virtually).
• Efetuar relatórios de visitas, vendas e despesas, para controle gerencial (Generate visit, sales, and expense reports for management control).
• Participação em avaliações frequentes de conhecimento prático e teórico (Participation in frequent practical and theoretical knowledge assessments).
• Implementar ações acordadas na ferramenta de desenvolvimento (Implement agreed-upon actions in the development tool).

Pré-Requisitos (Prerequisites)

• Disponibilidade para viagens (Availability for travel).
• Conhecimentos em Diabetes será considerado diferencial (Knowledge in Diabetes will be considered a differential).
• Formação escolar: Necessário superior completo e pós graduação será um diferencial (Education: Bachelor's degree required, postgraduate degree will be a differential).
• Pré-requisitos: Desejável Inglês avançado/intermediário (será considerado diferencial) (Prerequisites: Advanced/intermediate English desirable (will be considered a differential)).
• Bons conhecimentos de Pacote Office (Good knowledge of Office Suite).
• Competências: Planejamento e organização, relacionamento interpessoal, habilidade de negociação, capacidade de comunicação verbal e analítica (Skills: Planning and organization, interpersonal relationships, negotiation skills, verbal and analytical communication ability).
• Residir na Cidade de Joinville/SC (Reside in the City of Joinville/SC).
