Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, which is preferred, exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, a strong customer service orientation with prior sales experience, solid computer skills and knowledge of general business software and the G-suite platform, and knowledge of construction or related equipment is preferred.
The Rental Coordinator will be responsible for establishing new accounts and maintaining existing customer business, warmly greeting customers and providing superior customer service, processing rental quotes, reservations, and contracts using company operating systems, coordinating communication with managers and sales teams to meet customer needs, participating in product presentations at customer events, addressing customer issues and providing solutions effectively, adhering to all safety rules and completing safety training, and representing ASCO in a positive and professional manner while performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
