Requirements

Candidates should possess 2+ years of experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. A general understanding of construction industry financial processes, or aptitude for quick learning, is preferred, along with familiarity with Quickbooks and proficiency with customer communication tools like Intercom.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, providing effective solutions and escalating issues to the engineering team when necessary. You will collaborate with engineering during escalations, maintain a tracking system for customer requests, ensure timely follow-up, and create user-friendly articles for the Help Center. Additionally, you will work closely with the product team to communicate customer feedback and feature requests, and develop custom workarounds for unique customer cases.
