Requirements

Candidates should have construction IT or Construction Professionals experience, including roles such as Asset Manager, Construction Manager, Project Manager, Director of Information Systems and Technology, or IT Solutions Manager. Prior experience with the Procore platform is preferred, but not required. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and active listening skills are necessary, along with confidence based on rigorous preparation and forethought. Curiosity and storytelling skills are also desired.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will provide pre-sales technical support to prospects and partners, working closely with the Account Executive team to supplement demonstrations and close new business. They will enable new Account Executives by providing training and support, complete immersion in Procore’s product offerings, and communicate with team members via various channels. This role involves collaborating with Account Executives, Solution Engineering Overlays, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to establish a shared vision with customers and help them achieve their strategic goals, as well as completing RFP responses and positioning Procore as the leading construction software solution.
