Position Overview

Acronis is revolutionizing cyber protection by providing natively integrated, all-in-one solutions that monitor, control, and protect the data businesses and lives depend on. We are looking for a motivated Renewals Account Manager ME to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications, and systems across any environment. This role focuses on driving renewals of the existing pipeline, generating up-sell/cross-sell within the existing business scope in the Middle East region, and identifying and closing add-on sales opportunities within the existing Customer database. You will be joining a fast-paced software company supporting our sales team, managing our leads program.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for renewing existing license contracts (50%) and up- and cross-selling existing customers (50%).
  • Responsible for the renewal of customer maintenance contracts in the Middle East region, including providing quotes directly to customers and/or their assigned channel partners.
  • Responsible for upselling customers and identifying opportunities for add-on sales of other Acronis products.
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potentials, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
  • Handles customer and partner inquiries related to quotes, pricing, co-terming, up-selling, and reinstatement of maintenance contracts.
  • Positively interacts and collaborates with Customers and Acronis partners.
  • Identifies and pursues maintenance reinstatement opportunities.
  • Assists in the negotiation of maintenance agreements.
  • Works closely with distributors, Acronis Sales Managers, and Sales Engineers to ensure sales closure.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a cyber security company demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols is required.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to articulate product features and answer customer questions.
  • Strong closing sales skills (3+ years sales experience).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.
  • Able to make 15 calls or more each day.
  • Punctual, reliable, and strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, upbeat, organized, and highly persistent in follow-ups.
  • Flexible, team player, open to changes in responsibilities and strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English.
