Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are also required, along with the ability to follow through on tasks independently.
The Sales Operations Specialist will manage inbound lead distribution and qualification processes within HubSpot, perform contact research and prospect vetting for outbound sales campaigns, maintain CRM accuracy by reviewing and enriching company/contact data, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and client services to streamline processes and improve data workflows. This role also involves supporting the setup and optimization of campaigns, scoring models, automations, and reports, as well as assisting in implementing or improving sales and marketing operations for clients.
