Value Success Manager - Adobe Commerce

Responsibilities

  • Actively own the success of a portfolio of assigned Adobe Commerce customers in the commercial space.
  • Close renewal and expansion business on a monthly basis, meeting or exceeding quarterly quotas.
  • Engage customers in regular business reviews to ensure adoption, marketing maturity advancement, and drive rapid resolution of customer concerns.
  • Establish and grow relationships with executive sponsors and decision-makers.
  • Become familiar with the products within the Adobe Commerce solution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer success or sales experience from a high-tech company.
  • Experience developing strategies for assigned accounts to fully leverage technology solutions.
  • Proven experience leading projects from conception to closure.
  • Experience utilizing internal resources effectively to achieve objectives.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end-users.
  • Experience running a full sales cycle.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enterprise software account management experience with SaaS applications.
  • Deep understanding of Adobe Commerce (Magento).
