Candidates must have a Nursing Degree (ADN or BSN), an active RN license, hospital or industry experience, professional business acumen including communication and soft skills, and excellent documentation skills. Preferred experience includes Emergency Room or Critical Care, and leadership roles are helpful but not required.
The role involves national travel to support customer needs, requires a personal vehicle for assignments up to 3 hours from home, and candidates must be located within 1 hour of a major airport. You must provide 3 weeks of availability per month.
The job requires the ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift equipment up to 50 pounds, plus the ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing including proof of up-to-date vaccination status and full vaccination compliance.
Strong candidates will have an active RN license, hospital experience preferably in ER or Critical Care, excellent communication and documentation skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and flexibility for travel and a personal vehicle.
