Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in sales development or inside sales within the Enterprise Software space, particularly in SaaS, and at least 3 years of experience in people management. Strong communication skills, including positive and energetic communication, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills, and teamwork abilities, are essential, along with experience working with peers, sales management, external lead-gen agencies, and market research.
As the Regional Vice President, the individual will lead and develop an Enterprise Account Executive team, drive revenue and customer acquisition for Matillion within the UK Enterprise segment, and achieve quota targets. They will be responsible for establishing and utilizing a KPI framework to track team performance, leveraging Matillion's sales methodology and best practices, and developing an accurate sales forecast. Additionally, the role involves recruiting and retaining top-tier sales talent, maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, utilizing Salesforce CRM/Clari, and proactively identifying and implementing industry trends and best practices to improve sales processes and data quality.
