Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience building and managing successful Enterprise sales teams in the software industry, with a proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies for DoD agencies and knowledge of DoD procurement processes and regulations, including contracting vehicles. Strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on hiring, developing, and motivating talented individuals, are required, along with an understanding of SaaS/Cloud Go-To-Market strategies and effective customer engagement for delivering value at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

As the Regional Vice President - DoD, you will spearhead a team of 7 enterprise sales executives, taking ownership of regional sales targets and driving results, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve company sales goals, providing accurate forecasts, coaching and motivating your team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless customer experiences, leveraging key customer relationships in the DoD, engaging with C-level executives, implementing and refining sales processes, and representing the voice of DoD clients and prospects to contribute to the UiPath product development strategy.
